The daze are getting shorter

I love the long days of summer when the sun sets at 10pm. No other season represents all that the beauty and freedom of summer has always meant to me. And in contrast, here we are, beginning fall. The chill from the wind is just a bit cooler. As the leaves begin to change colors, I can smell the difference between seasons. But the most noticeable change is the amount of sunlight we have each day. The days are getting shorter. Fall is almost here.
